Application
1.As a water retention agent in the food industry, it is used in cans, juice drinks, dairy products, meat products, cheese and beverages.
2.It is used as water softener and detergent in chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, paper making, power generation and other industries, boiler anti-scaling agent, water softener in paper dyeing, pH buffer for producing adhesive for waxed paper, color fixing agent for printing and dyeing, mercerizing enhancer for fabrics, and anti-embrittlement agent for wire making.
3.It is used for chemical degreasing and decontamination in the metallurgical industry, and as an excellent accelerator in photographic development solution.
